kduhon LLC is a private proprietary trading firm. We trade exclusively for our own account, are not a registered investment adviser, and do not solicit, accept, or manage outside capital. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer of any security, derivative, or fund.

SMS terms — kduhon Desk Alerts

kduhon Desk Alerts is an internal notification program that sends operational trading desk alert text messages (such as position, risk, and system notifications) to kduhon personnel who have opted in.

• Opt-in. Participation is limited to kduhon personnel, who enroll by providing their mobile number and written consent to receive desk alert messages.
• Message frequency varies based on market and desk activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact desk@kduhon.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
