Text messaging (SMS) program

kduhon operates an internal SMS alert program that delivers operational trading desk notifications to firm personnel who have opted in to receive them.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider).
• Message frequency varies based on market and desk activity.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and message delivery providers), or where required by law. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
